Our friendly and competent team consisting of a medical assistant and two trainees is always at my side. Mrs Balmuk, Mrs Ehrlich and Mrs Laraku are indispensable and help me with patient registration and with surgery and billing management.
They coordinate your appointments via telephone, e-mail and, of course, on site and ensure that everything runs smoothly. At the same time, they are friendly and courteous helpers for our patients during post-operative care and for advice on general questions about our practice spectrum.
